This is  The Number Eight speaking.  I am playing the role of one of  THE LUNA BROTHERS in Mrs Noughtfear's Number Story,  as the  second N in QUEENSLAND. Nineapple Pineapple is making a movie to find The Little Bee who is missing in Queensland.

Meanwhile you can learn the Eight Times Table  over 6 years at primary school or you can cheat and teach them to others in a few minutes with UNO CARDS. The Eight Times Table is easy to construct and remember in a few minutes.

Firstly notice the pattern in  the answers  from 1 to 10 times  Eight by placing  UNO CARDS  like this:

0 1 2 3 4   and   4 5 6 7 8
Then rearrange like this:

           0 1 2 3 4
           8 7 6 5 4
and notice that each column adds to Eight. Then place another lot of cards like this:

0 2 4 6 8 and  repeat   0 2 4 6 8
Then reverse:
8 6 4 2 0        8 6 4 2 0
Then place the original cards above them like so:

0 1 2 3 4         4 5 6 7 8
8 6 4 2 0         8 6 4 2 0
and rearrange like so to  display the answers to the  Eight Times Table from  One to Ten  times Eight

           08       48
           16       56
           24       64
           32       72
           40       80
Always look  for the patterns. Can you see the pattern of the first digits running down are the odd and even numbers  from 0 to 8  with the 4 repeated?  And the pattern  of the second digits running up are the even numbers repeated?

Use the UNO CARDS to teach the Eight Times Tables  this way and you will soon become a whiz as a Times Table Cheater and Teacher.

Now Count the legs on the  Cleaning Ladies as they  polish the floor  with their toes

And if you had Four Oranges and cut them into halves, how many halves would you have?

Mathematics of a Pineapple Notice the eight twirls one way.  How many twirls the other way?

When you master the Eight Times Table you will be ready for the Four Times Table
